Synova Group in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offers and onboarding support. The role also assists with new hire paperwork, staff transfers and promotions, and maintains accurate employee records.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong interviewing and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

• Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Manages internal and external job postings.
• Screens, interviews, and tracks candidates; administers pre-employment tests.
• Oversees completion of pre-employment documentation for new hires.
• Runs background checks and verifies employment/education details.
• Presents job offers and manages rescind processes.
• Maintains applicant and new hire records in recruitment software.
• Coordinates internal staff movements including transfers and promotions.
• Maintains employee records per policy; assists at front desk as needed.
