Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting, support HR functions, and help attract top talent. The role emphasizes candidate experience, accuracy, and compliant administrative tasks across benefits, payroll, and records.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Occasional travel may be required in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years recruiting experience in various industries.
• Telemarketing or phone solicitation experience a plus.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing/advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Reliable with flexible schedule and travel as needed.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• MS Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive talent acquisition efforts and provide HR support.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Provide administrative support across core HR functions (records, benefits, payroll, compliance).
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
