Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting across industries including heavy manufacturing and energy. You will also provide administrative HR support, maintain records, coordinate benefits, assist payroll, and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word. Travel may be required; telemarketing or sourcing via social media is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience recruiting in a variety of industries
• Experience in full cycle recruiting
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work with all different personality types
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with flexible schedule
• Ability to travel overnight when needed
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred
• Experience with MS Excel and Word
