Job summary

Genesis in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Regular Full-time Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process, from posting roles to presenting offers. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, administer pre-employment tests, run background checks, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.

The role also includes managing offer rescissions when needed and maintaining accurate applicant and employee records in our recruitment system.
