Sunbelt Modular, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition by identifying, attracting, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for open positions.

The role partners with hiring managers, local HR teams, and Corporate HR to understand staffing needs and maintain an effective recruiting process. You will manage openings from requisition through offer, source candidates, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant recruiting, human resources, staffing, or related experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the recruiting process.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and local HR teams to understand staffing needs, position requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities.
• Manage assigned job openings from requisition through accepted offer.
• Create and post job openings using approved descriptions and recruiting platforms.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other methods.
• Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, local HR teams, and stakeholders.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates through the process.
• Prepare and extend employment offers following company practices.
