Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screenings, initial interviews, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies and pipeline.
• Maintain applicant tracking system.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and required documents.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
