Sunlight Group in Kentucky is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles. You will partner with Hiring Managers, source and screen candidates, and maintain an outstanding candidate experience.

We value data-driven recruiting, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies. The role includes onboarding support, ATS maintenance, and contributing to employer branding and recruiting KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in-house.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms; Workable would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interviewing and organizational skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions from briefing to hiring.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
• Proactively source and engage candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and drive the selection process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and support reporting.
• Support employer branding, career events and talent attraction initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-boarding activities for new hires.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners as needed.
