Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Senior Recruiting Leader in the United States to lead a team of Sr. Recruiters supporting sales and leadership hiring. You will partner with enterprise leaders to align priorities with broader strategy and drive best-in-class recruiting outcomes.

You will standardize the candidate experience, use analytics to improve metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire, and help strengthen employment branding across a national footprint. Travel about 25% monthly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of recruiting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years of leading, motivating, coaching, and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop a team of Sr. Recruiters supporting sales and leadership hiring.
• Partner with enterprise sales leaders and executives to align recruiting priorities and workforce plans.
• Standardize end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experiences from initial contact through hire.
