Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3–8 years recruiting experience in a corporate or third party environment.
• Construction/heavy equipment environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with all levels on the hiring process.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting from cold calling to closing.
• Conduct targeted searches and contact passive job seekers.
• Coordinate with management and agencies for postings.
• Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacancies.
• Coach managers in interviewing and hiring techniques.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and affirmative action plans.
