Job summary

Sunbit, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to own the recruiting data and process infrastructure. You will administer the ATS, manage sourcing tool stacks, and build dashboards to empower faster, data-driven hiring decisions.

You will partner with recruiters and People leadership to optimize workflows and scale operations. You will implement integrations with HRIS, background checks, e-signatures, and calendar systems, while ensuring data access and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR systems/ analytics (preferred in-house).
• Hands-on administrator-level experience with a major ATS—building workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or native ATS reporting).
• Strong process-design and documentation skills, with a habit of automating manual steps.
• Strong project management skills—juggling multiple systems, stakeholders and priorities without dropping details.
• High attention to detail and bias toward scalable, self-sustaining systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of the ATS— configuration, workflow automation, permissions, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain integrations between the ATS and HRIS, background check vendors, e-signature, Slack/Calendar, candidate experience, etc.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage the sourcing tool stack (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions, CRM/engagement tools).
• Collaborate with IT/Security on data access, SSO, and system security requirements.
• Identify manual, repetitive steps across the candidate and recruiter lifecycle and automate them.
• Design, build, and maintain recruiting dashboards covering funnel metrics and recruiter productivity.
• Define recruiting KPIs/SLAs and deliver regular reporting to People leadership and stakeholders.
• Document and standardize recruiting workflows (requisition approval, interview process, onboarding).
• Identify inefficiencies and drive recruitment process redesigns.
