Qualifications

• Solid understanding of recruiting fundamentals.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment including postings, screenings, interviews, and candidate communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build pipelines.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and HRIS with a high level of accuracy.
