Предлагается базовая оплата плюс неограниченная комиссия, удаленная работа в уютном месте и доступ к онлайн-обучению. График работы — пн–пт, вечернее время, 5+ часов телефонной активности, 28 дней отпуска.

Qualifications

• Обязательное-upper intermediate английский; владение коммуникацией и убеждением.
• Готовность работать по телефонной линии 5+ часов в день.
• Самомотивация и способность работать в удаленном режиме.
• Ориентация на цели, конкуренцию и результат.
• Готовность работать с понедельника по пятницу в вечернее время по времени Тбилиси.

Responsibilities

• Проактивные звонки для поиска квалифицированных кандидатов.
• Презентация вакансий и презентование ролей кандидатам.
• Квалификация кандидатов и телефонные интервью.
• Переговоры по ставкам и закрытие кандидатов.
• Коучинг кандидатов перед интервью у клиента.
• Последующее сопровождение после интервью и фидбек.
• Расширение предложений и сопровождение кандидатов в процессе предложения.

As the IT market keeps growing, we are looking to expand our talented international team. We’re open to candidates with no prior recruiting or sales experience — full training is provided.

Задачи

• Proactive calling to identify qualified candidates among the ones selected by our sourcing team


• Presenting job opportunities and pitching roles to candidates


• Qualifying candidates and conducting phone interviews


• Negotiating rates and closing candidates


• Coaching candidates before client interviews


• Following up after interviews and managing feedback


• Extending job offers and supporting candidates through the offer process

Требования

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher


• Strong communication and persuasion skills


• Comfortable spending 5+ hours per day on the phone


• Self-motivation and the ability to stay consistent in a remote environment


• Goal-oriented mindset: you enjoy targets, competition, and results


• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 5 pm to 2 am Tbilisi time (8 hours of work with a 1-hour break)


• Personal laptop or PC (corporate laptop provided after 6 months)
