• Present job opportunities and pitch roles to candidates
• Qualify candidates and conduct phone interviews
• Negotiate rates and close candidates

• Base salary plus uncapped commission; earnings increase with hires and have no limit
• Paid, hands‑on training from day one

• Monday through Friday, 5 pm to 2 am Tbilisi time, with 8 hours of work and a 1-hour break
• Corporate laptop provided after 6 months
