Takkion Ops Management is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. You will work with a strong management team to support operating needs and reflect our company culture.

The Recruiter interviews, supports candidate selection, and oversees onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth start. You will assist with posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and helping with offers while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven organization and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation tactics.
• Familiarity with recruitment laws and best practices.
• Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates using skills matrix.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions/materials.
• Assist with the interview process with managers and staff.
• Collaborate on the offer process including salary ranges and start dates.
• Complete onboarding tasks: screenings, file creation, I-9, eligibility.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attend college job fairs and recruiting events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
