Job summary

LearnTastic is seeking a highly organized Human Resource Executive to support recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and workplace initiatives. This role emphasizes maintaining accurate records, ensuring policy adherence, and fostering a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will manage onboarding, payroll-related activities, training programs, and HR communications while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Experience with HR policies, procedures, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Oversee recruitment, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding support.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including documentation and system access.
• Maintain HR records and documentation in Keka and Google Drive.
• Handle employee relations matters confidentially and professionally.
• Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution with leadership.
• Support performance management processes, reviews, and goal setting.
• Coordinate training schedules and development programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics tracking recruitment, attendance, and retention.
