Job summary

Takkion in Texas seeks an outgoing Recruiter to join our team and reflect our Company Culture. You will be the first contact for candidates and employees, supporting interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate selection.

You will collaborate with managers, assist with postings, screening, and offers, and ensure compliance with laws. A Bachelor’s in HR and recruitment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field desirable.
• Two years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• Familiarity with employment laws and best practices.
• Ability to learn applicant tracking software quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates using skills matrix.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist with interviews independently and with managers.
• Collaborate with managers during offers and salary discussions.
• Complete onboarding tasks including I-9 and eligibility verification.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attend college job fairs and recruiting events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
