Transportation Partners & Logistics is seeking an outgoing Recruiter to join our team. The role focuses on interviewing, candidate support, and onboarding, reflecting our company culture and supporting operational needs.

You will interact with management, drive the selection process, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. The position requires strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills, and familiarity with recruitment laws.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with recruitment laws and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates by referencing skills matrix.
• Schedules interviews with candidates; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews independently and with managers, directors, and other staff.
• Collaborates with managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Completes on-boarding tasks to include screenings, personnel file creation, I-9, and Eligibility Verification.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
