Job summary

TESSCO is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the HR team by coordinating interviews, maintaining the ATS, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This hands-on, fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.

This hybrid position can be located in Reno, NV or Hunt Valley, MD, with responsibilities spanning scheduling across time zones, candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, or related admin role.
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS and HR software (Greenhouse preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across locations and time zones.
• Serve as primary candidate contact, ensuring timely communications and positive experience.
• Manage job postings and requisition information in the ATS.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with candidate pipeline administration and logistics.
• Prepare interview materials, agendas, and evaluations; maintain records in ATS.
• Assist with offer prep, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
