Takkion is seeking an outgoing Recruiter to join our team and support operational staffing needs. You will be the first point of contact for employees, reflect our company culture, interview and onboard new hires, and assist with offers and salary discussions.

The role emphasizes compliance with employment laws and effective collaboration with managers. The position requires strong communication, organization, and familiarity with recruitment processes.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and hiring.
• Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Aufgaben

• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates by referencing skills matrix.
• Schedules interviews with candidates; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews independently and with managers, directors, and other staff.
• Collaborates with managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Completes onboarding tasks to include screenings, personnel file creation, I-9, and Eligibility Verification.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
