Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a recruiting professional to build pipelines for roles from entry level to senior technical and leadership positions.

You will manage the full hiring process—attracting, sourcing, screening, and securing top talent that aligns with SEL values. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to attract/source candidates and build pipelines for various positions and levels.
• Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills managing up to 30 positions simultaneously.
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL; negative drug tests required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote SEL's culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow recruiting guidelines to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates.
• Oversee and fill positions efficiently with top talent.
• Recommend placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
• Lead and support development and implementation of improvement efforts.
• Manage confidential files and privileged information.
• Work independently to define area processes and guidelines.
