Job summary

SEL is seeking a recruiting professional to join our Manufacturing team in the United States. You will manage the full hiring process—from attracting and sourcing to screening and securing top talent that aligns with SEL values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 2+ years recruiting experience and ability to attract candidates.
• Experience building pipelines for multiple levels and roles.
• Ability to mentor recruiters and coordinators.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote and sell SEL's culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow standard recruiting guidelines to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates.
• Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent.
• Recommend placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
• Leads and supports development and implementation of improvement efforts.
• Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
• Work independently to define area processes, instructions, and guidelines.
• Model, teach, and apply SEL Values and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
