Job summary

SEL is actively seeking a recruiting professional to build pipelines for roles from entry level to senior technical and leadership positions. You will manage the full hiring process—attracting, sourcing, screening, and securing top talent aligned with SEL values.

You will work directly with hiring teams, develop creative hiring strategies, streamline processes, and contribute to a safer, more reliable, and economical electric power industry.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to attract/source candidates and build pipelines for varied roles.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes including screening and interviewing.
• Experience supporting entry-level to senior/leadership roles in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow recruiting guidelines to attract, screen and interview candidates.
• Oversee and fill positions efficiently with top talent with minimal oversight.
• Mentor recruiters and coordinators; manage confidential files and sensitive data.
