Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. (SEL) is seeking a recruiting professional to build pipelines and manage full-cycle hiring for entry to senior technical and leadership roles.

You will work closely with hiring teams, craft innovative sourcing strategies, and streamline the recruiting process to align with SEL values and mission. The role involves partnering with multiple teams, handling confidential information, and driving improvements across recruitment operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years recruiting experience.
• Ability to attract/source candidates and build pipelines for various roles.
• Ability to mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills managing up to 30 openings simultaneously.
• Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote SEL's culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow recruiting guidelines to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates.
• Oversee and fill positions efficiently with top talent, with minimal oversight.
• Recommend placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
• Lead and support development and implementation of improvement efforts.
• Manage confidential files and privileged information.
• Work independently to define and follow area processes and guidelines.
• Model, teach, and apply SEL Values and world class manufacturing principles.
• Understand, Create, Simplify.
• Other duties as assigned.
