Job summary

SEL is seeking a recruiting professional to build pipelines of talent for entry level to senior technical and leadership roles. You will manage full cycle hiring, attract candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring teams to align with SEL values.

Join a team dedicated to making electric power safer, more reliable and economical. You will work directly with hiring teams, explore innovative hiring methods, and streamline processes while maintaining confidentiality and high service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to attract/source candidates and build pipelines for various levels.
• Ability to mentor Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills for up to 30 positions concurrently.
• Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Background check satisfactory to SEL and negative drug test results.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote SEL's culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow standard recruiting guidelines to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates.
• Oversee and fill positions efficiently with top talent.
• Recommend placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level roles.
• Lead and support development and implementation of improvement efforts.
• Manage confidential files and privileged information.
