• One year of Recruiting experience.
• Staffing industry experience in a Recruiting role.
• Ability to manage hiring stages: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles.
• Knowledge of job boards and ATS.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients by consistently communicating with applicants.
• Serve as the candidate's Talent Acquisition Specialist by connecting them to the best client.
• Post job ads on career pages, job boards and social media.
• Source and contact candidates through ATS and online (Indeed).
• Attend job fairs and community events.
• Complete onboarding process (I-9, drug screen, background inquiries, etc).
• Create a talent pipeline with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
• Keep detailed records of candidates' information in ATS system, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service with quick job placement.
