Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter in Morrisville, NC to connect candidates with clients in a fast-paced market. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and screening talent, coordinating interviews, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

As a strong communicator with at least 1 year in recruiting or related fields, you will build relationships with hiring managers, expand opportunities, and stay informed about local labor dynamics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ATS is a plus (Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods (job postings, social media, networking, referrals).
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and engage with clients and community partners.
