The ideal candidate has at least one year in recruiting, experience in staffing, and strong communication skills to exceed daily and weekly goals. On-site Monday through Friday with a balanced work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients by communicating with applicants.
• Position candidates as Talent Acquisition Specialists to connect them with clients.
• Post job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media.
• Source candidates through ATS and online (Indeed).
• Attend job fairs and community events.
• Complete onboarding processes (I-9, drug screen, background checks).
• Create a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
• Maintain detailed candidate records in ATS.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record working in a fast-paced staffing environment, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to exceed goals on a daily and weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Build great rapport "second to none" with clients by constantly communicating with applicants.
• Become the candidate's "Talent Acquisition Specialist" by connecting them to the best client possible
• Post job ads on career pages, job boards and social media.
• Source and contact candidates through ATS system and online (Indeed)
• Attend job fairs, career fairs, and community events
• Complete onboarding process (I-9, drug screen, background inquiries, etc)
• Create a talent pipeline with high potential candidates for future job opportunities
• Keep detailed records of candidates' information in ATS system, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service with quick job placement

Requirements:

• One year of Recruiting experience
• Proven work experience in the staffing industry, specifically in a Recruiting role
• Ability to manage the hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, etc)
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles.
• Knowledge of job boards and ATS.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
