• 1+ year of recruiting experience
• Sourcing via social platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with ATS/CMS

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via phone, social media, and networks.
• Draft recruiting emails and SMS messages.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Review resumes and identify qualified profiles.
• Schedule interviews and conduct candidate interviews.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hires.
• Enter data into ATS and HRIS and compile reports.
