• Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); ADP Recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen applicants for position fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and tracking systems.
• Communicate status and next steps to candidates in a timely manner.
