Responsibilities

• Lead TA PMO initiatives with scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Establish cadence, action logs, risk and issue tracking, decision records, and executive-ready status reporting.
• Partner with TA, HR, business stakeholders, RPO partners, and vendors to remove blockers and deliver hiring outcomes to plan.
• Build and maintain TA dashboards, reporting packs, and data quality routines using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Support recruiting strategy through talent intelligence, market insights, and campaign coordination.
• Apply PMO methodology to improve TA service delivery and process consistency.
