TEAM is a dynamic experiential marketing agency located in Fort Lauderdale, seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide centralized support to sourcers and recruiters across the full-cycle process. You will help ensure compliance, manage paperwork, and coordinate candidate activities from requisition to offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment environment is highly preferred.
• Experience with HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and related report generation experience a plus.
• Additional language skills in Spanish an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition Team with administrative processes and procedures for requisitions, offers, and documentation.
• Assist Talent Acquisition staff by gathering, processing, and maintaining new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with policy and laws.
• Resume/JD formatting in MS Word and maintain candidate files with TA team.
• Coordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and logistics for candidate meetings.
• Assist with job fairs and college recruiting events to boost applicant flow.
