Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition PMO Lead to drive priority recruiting initiatives through structured planning, governance, and executive reporting. You will partner across TA, HR, RPO, HRTech, and vendors to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end PMO planning, risk tracking, dashboards using Workday Recruiting, Excel, and Power BI, and supporting strategy with talent intelligence and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in PM, TA, HR ops, or related HR programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, milestones, risks, dependencies.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Strong communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of TA PMO initiatives, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Establish project cadence, action logs, risk and issue tracking, decision records, and executive-ready status reporting.
• Partner with TA, HR, business stakeholders, RPO partners, and vendors to remove blockers and deliver hiring outcomes to plan.
• Build and maintain TA dashboards, reporting packs, and data quality routines using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Support recruiting strategy through talent intelligence, market insights, media strategy recommendations, and campaign coordination.
• Apply A3 problem solving, daily management, and PMO methodology to improve TA service delivery and process consistency.
• Support interview, selection, requisition readiness, process design, and TA or business service delivery escalations.
• Coordinate vendor and RPO performance routines to ensure accountability, service alignment, and timely execution.

This role partners across TA, HR, business leaders, RPO partners, HR Technology, People Analytics, and vendors to improve hiring outcomes, operational visibility, and candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of TA PMO initiatives, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Establish project cadence, action logs, risk and issue tracking, decision records, and executive-ready status reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.2+ years of experience in project management, talent acquisition, HR operations, recruiting operations, workforce planning, or related HR program delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, dashboards, or related reporting tools to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global, regional, or multi-site Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Experience partnering with RPO providers, recruiting marketing vendors, HR Technology, or People Analytics teams.
• Experience with A3 problem solving, daily management, Lean, Agile, PMP, or structured PMO methodology.
• Experience with recruiting campaign design, talent intelligence, market mapping, or media strategy.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and constructively challenge current processes to improve outcomes.
