The ideal candidate has 3+ years in TA operations, recruiting coordination, or related roles, with hands-on experience in Workday, Power BI, and project management tools. This is an on-site, contract position that supports high-urgency hiring objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition operations or recruiting coordination.
• Experience in client-facing or matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of recruiting lifecycle and ATS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Action Tracking & Accountability: Maintain project logs, chase open deliverables, and follow up with owners to meet deadlines.
• Bottleneck Clearing: Unblock hiring friction by auditing pipelines, re-tagging requisitions, or coordinating urgent pushes.
• PMO Reporting: Prepare weekly status updates, aging reports, and pipeline dashboards.
• Governance & Logistics: Schedule PMO meetings, capture decision logs, and distribute post-meeting summaries.
• Risk Flagging: Anticipate delays and flag issues with potential solutions to leadership.
