Job summary

Hensel Phelps in Orlando seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support regional talent acquisition efforts, develop, coordinate, and maintain recruiting processes and programs. You will help source qualified talent for current and future needs, coordinate interview processes, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

The role supports a robust internship program and regional TA initiatives, working closely with the Talent Acquisition and Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational leadership, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years of job-related experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and communicate with candidates daily.
• Collaborate with TADM, TA team, and Corporate HR to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience.
• Coordinate and track applicant data with attention to detail.
• Support year-round campus recruitment and internship programs.
• Assist regional efforts to position Hensel Phelps as an employer of choice in TA.
