This role drives priority recruiting initiatives through structured project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement across TA, HR, and vendors. You will build dashboards using Workday Recruiting, Excel, and Power BI; coordinate cross-functional projects; and support recruiting strategy with market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in project management or related HR roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting, Excel, and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Strong communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of TA PMO initiatives with governance.
• Establish project cadence, risk tracking, and executive status reporting.
• Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver hiring outcomes.
• Build TA dashboards and data quality routines using relevant tools.
• Support recruiting strategy with market insights and campaign coordination.
• Apply PMO methodology to improve TA service delivery.
• Coordinate vendor and RPO performance and accountability.
