Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Mobile, AL or Wichita, KS. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for Airbus roles at all levels, from entry to senior leadership, across Engineering departments.

You will develop and execute recruitment plans, build candidate pools, and ensure a positive new hire experience while complying with EEO, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates for engineering roles.
• Ability to develop and deploy advanced sourcing strategies including cold calling.
• Strong interviewing and testing to assess fit for roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance (EEO, HIPAA, ERISA).

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and managers on position descriptions, requisitions, compensation, and sourcing plans.
• Deliver high quality shortlists of candidates.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens and interviews; recommend final selections.
• Post and update job openings across media, college networks, social networks, and staffing partners.
• Promote Airbus referral programs and internal opportunities.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting reports.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and manage ongoing communications.
• Follow up with managers to evaluate recruiting effectiveness.
• Position may require work outside normal business hours.
