Job summary

Airbus Americas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to source, screen and recommend candidates for roles across the organization. You will develop advanced sourcing strategies, build applicant pools, and partner with managers to identify the best talent, ensuring a positive onboarding experience and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 6 years in talent acquisition and interviewing.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment practices.
• Experience building applicant pools and partnering with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and HR on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists and manage end-to-end candidate interviews and onboarding.
• Place and update job postings across internet/intranet, colleges, social networks, and staffing partners.
• Promote Airbus referral programs and internal opportunities to attract talent.
• Maintain applicant tracking system, reporting, and staffing administration.
