Job summary

Airbus Americas' Human Resources team seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner II to source, screen and recommend candidates for roles across the organization, from entry level to senior leadership. You will deploy advanced sourcing strategies, build applicant pools, conduct interviews and manage onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.

All activities align with EEO, HIPAA, ERISA and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in progressive talent acquisition and interviewing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience sourcing the best candidates using diverse channels.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders on position descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality shortlists and source candidates.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, and close candidates.
• Post jobs on multiple media and manage postings.
• Promote referral programs and maintain ATS and recruitment reports.
• Represent the company at recruiting events and colleges.
