This role will develop advanced sourcing strategies, build applicant pools, and partner with managers to ensure a positive hire experience. The position emphasizes knowledge of employment laws, interview techniques, and effective recruiting in a regulated environment, with onsite/hybrid flexibility and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures.
• Knowledge of US Employment and Labor Laws and application to recruitment.
• Knowledge of the regional labor market.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and online/social media recruiting.
• Ideal candidate will have experience and/or exposure in the assigned area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists.
• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume screening and interviews, recommend final selection and close candidates.
• Place and update all job postings across internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks and staffing partners.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote Airbus referral programs and internal opportunities.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
