You will autonomously develop recruitment plans, collaborate with managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient processes and strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in talent acquisition with sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and recruitment plans.
• Screen and interview candidates; build talent pipelines and applicant pools.
• Partner with managers to fill roles across levels; manage offers and onboarding.
• Post jobs across media, social networks and partner networks; track staffing data.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and promote employer brand.
