Qualifications

• Two- or four-year college degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and interviewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment of roles assigned.
• Work with leaders, hiring managers and HR to support end-to-end recruitment for open opportunities.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for assigned roles.
• Support Workforce Development initiatives.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews to present a down-select slate of candidates.
