Job summary

Airbus Americas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to join our Talent Acquisition team in the United States, based in Mobile, AL or Wichita, KS. You will source, screen and recommend candidates across all levels, developing advanced sourcing strategies and building strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and interviewing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and recruit and interview candidates.
• Place and update all job postings across media including internet, intranet, colleges and social networks.
• Promote Airbus referral programs and internal opportunities to managers and employees.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting reports; respond to applicant inquiries.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring goals with the best talent.
