Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full-time, and part-time roles. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while building a healthy candidate pipeline and partnering with leadership across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of recruitment experience, familiarity with HRIS/ATS (Taleo preferred), and strong sourcing and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS (Taleo preferred).
• Combination of training, education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs and pipelines to fill openings.
• Build relationships with leadership and act as a recruiting partner.
• Network actively to identify passive candidates across markets.
• Manage postings, applicant communications, resumes and interview scheduling.
• Maintain compliant applicant files and records per policy.
• Assist in immigration processes (H1-B).
• Create relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.
