LiveOak Fiber is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, operations, field, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers to craft search strategies, build proactive talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience through Rippling ATS.

You will also support workforce planning, analytics, employer branding, and employee engagement within a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Travel to events and field sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to support events and recruiting activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, operational, field, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop search strategies and hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role fit and culture.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offers through Rippling ATS.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Maintain a positive, responsive candidate experience.
