Job summary

Liveops is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines for a dynamically evolving US-based organization. You will source, interview, and onboard talent while advising hiring managers on the external labor market and candidate fit.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in recruiting, strong relationship skills, and proficiency with UKG ATS and social sourcing channels in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ experience required.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques and tools, including social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with hiring teams.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and pipeline to hiring managers.
