Insightful Talent LLC is seeking a motivated Telecom Recruiter to join their team through a staffing agency partnership. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and focuses on connecting great candidates with telecom opportunities.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain an active pipeline. Collaborating with hiring managers and staffing teams is essential to meet recruiting goals in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of recruiting experience; recent graduates are encouraged.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or talent acquisition is a plus.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while staying organized.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to learn telecom terminology, roles, and requirements.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
