Rippling is seeking a highly motivated Contract Business Recruiter to join the growing talent acquisition team. You will source, attract, and hire top talent for Customer Experience, Operations and G&A.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop pipelines, interview candidates, negotiate offers, and set interview processes with hiring managers. The role requires at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting, startup experience, and a proven track record of high-volume hiring.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle business recruiting experience (G&A, Customer Experience, Operations, GTM, etc.).
• Startup experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of hitting high-volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem).

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
• Source and develop a candidate pipeline.
• Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation.
• Set hiring managers' expectations and develop interviewing processes.
• Brainstorm with hiring managers to develop powerful sourcing strategies for each search.
• Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies.
