Oakwood Management Company is seeking a Corporate Recruiter / HR Generalist to attract, hire, and retain talent while supporting day-to-day HR needs. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR policy support.

The role requires organization, strong communication, and the ability to balance recruiting priorities with a growing organization. Experience with ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in recruiting or HR, multi-position management.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Strong interviewing, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization.
• Partner with managers to define staffing needs and profiles.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding, and new-hire processes.
• Support HR questions, benefits and employee records.
• Assist with HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.
