You will source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain an active pipeline. Collaborating with hiring managers and staffing teams is essential to meet recruiting goals in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of recruiting experience; recent graduates are encouraged.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or talent acquisition is a plus.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while staying organized.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to learn telecom terminology, roles, and requirements.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for telecom-related positions across a variety of skill levels.
• Manage a high volume of open requisitions and candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screens and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and staffing teams to understand recruiting needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Meet recruiting goals and respond quickly to changing hiring demands.
