Job summary

InsightFS is seeking a recruiting professional to lead sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment across the organization. You will partner with management to market career opportunities and build a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

The role focuses on campus outreach to educate students and recent graduates and on collaborating with divisions to understand needed skills and roles. Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of HR practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with management to develop general recruiting strategies and educate potential candidates on career opportunities.
• Focuses on relationship building at local colleges, universities, trade schools and high schools to recruit students into full time, part time, internships, and student programs.
• Partners with business divisions to understand goals and skills necessary to fill roles.
• Conducts passive candidate sourcing using databases, social platforms, and job boards to source top talent.
• Provides leadership and full life cycle recruiting for assigned roles: intake sessions, marketing strategy, sourcing, screening, and interviewing in line with EEOC guidelines.
• Attends recruiting events and coordinates attendance of employees to promote the company employment brand.
